These sessions are tailored to your body’s unique story. Starting with breathwork, and blending movement and integrative physiotherapy, we support nervous system regulation, trauma release, emotional healing, and chronic health conditions.

Imogen’s Story

I’ve always been fascinated by the body.
As a women’s health Physiotherapist, I was trained to assess movement, mechanics, and measurable outcomes. But over time, I began to sense that something was missing — the tension that wasn’t just muscular, the pain layered with emotion, the stories the body was holding.

For years, I was in a state of fight or flight — carrying stress, trauma, and pain I didn’t yet have the tools to name, let alone heal. I was disconnected from my body and never stopped.
By society’s standards, I was surviving (just) — but far from thriving.

Breath and movement slowly became my way back.
What began as professional tools became personal anchors — guiding me home to myself.
Breathwork helped me regulate my nervous system and release patterns of trauma held deep in my body.
Movement helped me listen to my body again — not just as a machine, but as a messenger.
It helped me soften, feel, and reconnect.

These are the tools we always carry with us.
They are the keys to our nervous system — the gateways to our inner world.
They bring us back to our human experience — to the simple, the beautiful, the full spectrum of feeling.

Now, I bring all of this together — science and soul, breath and body, emotion and energy — to help others return to themselves, just as I have.

Healing begins when the body feels safe.
When breath leads and movement listens.
